A Cup of Tea & A New Magazine

by Amanda Breen in

With the weather cooling down, it seems natural to slip on some cozy socks, pull out a fuzzy blanket, relax with a hot mug of tea and a new magazine!

The first ever, Vancouver Tea Festival is at the Olympic Village in Vancouver. I'm more of a coffee drinker than a tea person, but I find myself reaching for a calming tea right before bed. The Vancouver Tea Festival should be fun though! I'm looking forward to finding something I love and can possibly cure the common cold and flu - let's be real here, it's cold & flu season! Being sick sucks!

At the festival, visitors can expect to learn more about tea and it's health benefits, sample something new and learn more about local tea vendors as well as traditional tea ceremonies.

Some of the exhibitors include:

  • Justea
  • Davids Tea
  • Amoda Tea
  • The Chinese Tea Shop
  • Namasthé
  • Shaktea Tea Lounge
  • TeaJa Organic
  • Honeybush Heath
